It will retrieve jigs, spinner baits, crank baits, and plastic worms. Attaching the Hound Dog Lure Retriever to the Auto-Trieve will make lure retrieval simple and tangle-free. Hold rod tip slightly bent to keep tension on the line and slip line between the rings and the body. Drop the Hound Dog Lure Retriever to the bottom, keeping rod tip bent. Still keeping rod tip bent, lift cord and then drop cord and rod tip at the same time. Repeat if necessary.
